Big change for management in Retail
change just got even bigger…
for this client who is more used to change than
most!
This time, the change in question truly needed a step change for the large management community of a specific division. The business knew they needed to do something completely different to reflect that (‘if you always do what you’ve always done’ …heh!).
Sam was able to find them a great solution,
because of her knowledge of the amazing network of Partners available in the industry!
Collaborating with the client, and a specialist organisation with their own unique and proven framework for enabling change, Sam designed a programme of activities which commenced with a high impact kick-off programme explicitly signifying there was a big new way they wanted people to take this particular change forward.
This new way would require better thinking, and the learners were given a set of success principles through the framework, to enable new ways of working.
The new approach was seen as a breath of fresh
air and, by its nature, fostered enhanced collaboration across this management team, as they worked to together to implement the new business strategy in a more innovative way.
